• We accept returns up to 7 business days after your order has been delivered. 
  
  
• To request a return, please e-mail us with the reason why you're returning your purchase. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges unless your item has been damaged or we are at fault.
  
  
• If Carla Cards is at fault, for example, we sent the wrong cards, the cards are  misprinted or defective, we'll gladly pay for all shipping costs.
