• To request a return, please e-mail carlarozman@gmail.com with the reason why you're returning your purchase. Please keep in mind that the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges unless your item has been damaged or we are at fault.
  
  
• If Carla Cards is at fault, for example, we sent the wrong print or the card has been misprinted or is defective, we will gladly pay for all shipping costs with this transaction.
